Custom Creation Process

Made Just for You: Each order is unique. Our products are not mass-produced; they are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
Production Time: Due to the custom nature of our work, please allow a specific amount of time (e.g., 1- 2 weeks) for the creation of your product before it is shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Reliable Delivery: We ship nationwide using trusted carriers.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are Fixed rate or forbigger items will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be added at checkout.

International Shipping

Global Reach: We’re excited to offer international shipping!
Additional Costs: Please note, international shipping will incur extra costs, including customs fees and additional shipping charges. These costs vary by country and will be calculated after checkout.
Transit Times: Delivery times vary based on destination. We'll provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

Important Considerations

Custom Orders and Laser Cut Products: Since our products are custom-made and laser-cut to order, we do not accept returns for these items. We ask that you carefully review your order before confirming.
No Returns on Custom Work: As each product is uniquely made for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom work and laser cut products.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can address the issue, and replace the damaged goods if it's due to our packaging. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by carriers
