All products are manufactured and prepared only once an order has been placed. Our products are not mass-produced or held as ready-made stock.

Production Time

Due to the custom nature of our products, production times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity. Depending on the nature of the product, please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for manufacturing before dispatch unless otherwise stated. We will notify you of the estimated lead time applicable to your order.

We ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier and delivery partners.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a fixed rate for standard-sized items. Larger or heavier products may incur additional shipping fees based on volumetric size, weight, and destination. Applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout or communicated prior to dispatch where necessary.

International Shipping

Worldwide Shipping Available

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected destinations. International shipping services are facilitated through services offered by TUNL.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or additional courier charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

International transit times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and courier services. Estimated delivery times will be provided where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Important Information

No Returns on Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Varlocity Laser and Models are custom-made and produced to order and generally carry a 14 to 16 day production lead time.

For this reason:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any products.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, specifications, dimensions, and selections carefully before completing their purchase.

Model Aircraft Kits

For model aircraft kits, we work closely with customers to correct any manufacturing or kit-related errors identified after delivery. Where feasible and appropriate, replacement parts may be supplied and shipped to assist customers in completing their builds successfully.

Due to the nature of laser-cut wooden kits and the building process involved, customers are encouraged to carefully inspect all kit contents before assembly begins.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to packaging issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Where damage is determined to be the result of inadequate packaging on our part, we may, at our discretion, replace the affected items. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by courier handling, third-party transport providers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the shipment’s progress.
